A child knows that you love them but they don't like that they can't have their way. It happens, but it's just a ten second fit. They'll get it out of their system and be done with it until something else doesn't go their way. They're clingy, the mission of grey hair, bags under the eyes, how-could-I-forget-a-change-of-clothes diaper moments, and get this gate out of my way crocodile tears. But the simple truth in it is... ITS WORTH IT. In the end they bring endless joy and precious memories. So what if your last nerve is ready to break... It's all worth loving that kid.
